Southern Associates offers 24-hour repair services 7 days a week. Our response time is generally less than 2 hours in Metro-Atlanta. Our Field Service Technicians are highly experienced and include licensed electricians, controls specialists, utility contractors and plumbers depending upon the nature of the repair.
Southern Associates can provide minor control system or piping repairs, major retrofits, or complete demolition and replacement. In coordination with your consulting engineer or our in house engineers, Southern Associates can determine sewer flow rates, pump, force main and sanitary sewer sizing and design, measure inflow and infiltration, and make recommendations based upon complete cost and feasibility analysis. Our field service division can then implement these recommendations.
– Determine sewer flow rates and inflow and infiltration using either direct measurement or calculations based upon the known waste water contributors
– Pump, force main and sanitary sewer line sizing and re-design
– Provide recommendations for system repair or improvement based upon complete cost and feasibility analysis
Our Field Service Division can then implement the repair or retrofit recommendations or coordinate implementation with your contractor.
